Each year Ware Academy, Ware Academy's Parents Association and the Gloucester-Mathews Free Clinic host a run/walk in honor of the late Dr. Bobby Stewart.  Dr. Stewart was a volunteer doctor for the clinic and served on Ware Academy’s Board, where his children attend school.

The event is a celebration of the late Dr. Stewart’s spirit of giving. Proceeds

benefit the Gloucester-Mathews Free Clinic and Ware Academy's education opportunities.
