May Hot Lunches

Simply circle the YES for each day that you are purchasing lunch and include a check made payable to Ware Academy.

A separate menu sheet MUST be completed for each child, however one check may be written per family.

Each lunch is $6.00 and includes a Oatmeal Cookie or Brownie for dessert.  Ranch dressing will be available in the kitchen for the carrot sticks.

Menu sheets, along with payment, are due no later than Wednesday, April 21st.

Please be prompt when turning in your menu as Olivia’s needs time to order the food once they have the May count. Late orders cannot be accepted.

So that your child(ren) will never be without a lunch, please keep a copy of this menu for your records.  When completing the calendar…please keep field trips and athletic events in mind.
