Enrollment and Financial Aid packets

are now available for the 2010-2011 school year.

Enrollment applications are accepted throughout the year; however, applicants are urged to apply by March 1st for the following shool year. Spaces are limited in Pre-Kindergarten, Lower and Middle School classes.

Financial aid applications are now available in the Business Office. There are two separate applications in each packet: 1) the SSS application can be completed online or submitted in writing or online to SSS directly; and 2) the Ware Academy application should be submitted to the school along with a copy of your 2009 tax return.

• February 19th - Renenrollment agreements mailed to current families

March

• March 1st   - Financial Aid application deadline (1st round)

• March 15th - First round of Financial Aid awarded

                                      *Current families only

• March 19th - Reenrollment agreement due
• March 19th - Sibling application paperwork for primary consideration due
• March 20th - Open admission begins

April

• April 1st -    Financial Aid application deadline (2nd round)

                                  *New applicants and current families

• April 15th - Second round of Financial Aid awarded
